the breakfast offered a really good full english option. the location was also quite convenient, close to amenities. the bed in my room provided a comfy sleep.
the room seemed outdated and could use a major makeover. the door to the room needed to be slammed to close properly. i noticed a slight smell on the bedsheets.

The room required more attention to detail. The plugs and sockets WERE quite filthy. A thorough cleaning would help. The towels were not changed one day. This left them damp the next morning.

The breakfast was excellent. I enjoyed the plentiful full english with lashings of tea. eric, who served breakfast, was very polite. I felt welcomed. the staff were fantastic. I found them helpful.
I noticed some weeds and discarded items near a rusty table in the front yard. the decor felt outdated,. It could use some refreshing.

I had a very nice breakfast included in the price. I enjoyed the options. the breakfast had zero fat on the plate which i appreciated. it was the nicest breakfast i have had.

I found it easy to come and go. I liked the flexibility. the staff popped in each day to empty the bin and top up toilet rolls if needed. fresh towels were provided on the second day. This was useful.

i loved the breakfast! it was very good and had tons of options. the staff was friendly and helpful. the room was nice and neat, a bonus i really appreciated (i even booked the tt races for next year).
my only small issue was that the room decor felt a bit outdated. a small makeover could make a big difference.

the location was convenient upon arrival. the room had good size and was maintained well. eric and ruby were helpful and did a wonderful job. they provided transport information and visiting recommendations, which i needed.
the towels werent changed one day, so they were still damp the next morning.
